Austalian Truck Racing Championship Race One Race one was the Coburg Truck Parts Co-Drivers Cup this race is set aside for the Co-Drivers of the main trucks. Steve Coulter in his SBR took the victory ahead of Albert Sieders in a M.A.N. Phoenix with the favirotes Peter Foreshore in a Kenworth W925 and Col Lovett in a Volvo N12 finishing in fifth and sixth respectively. Phoenix 3rd Ken Lusty Isuzu SBR Johansen Insurance Brokers Super Prix This race was a Reverse grid race with the fastest qualifyers of the back of the grid. Frank Amoroso took the lead on lap one in a Kenworth W900 but was quickly overhauled by Bill Sieders in a Kenworth T900 were he held the lead to the finish. The big mover in the pack was Shell Rimula Driver Rodney Crick in a Volvo N12 who moved his way up to third position just behind Glen Dobson and Ken Lusty was the first Light truck home in forth.
Bill Seider's Truck Bill Seiders did it easy in the Super Prix Australian Super Truck Championship Round 2 Round two of the Australian Super Truck Championship was a 10 lap race. Last years runner up Rodney Crick took the early lead and despite early pressure by Rob Russell in his Kenworth had a comfortable victory. Jeff Mackin was the first Light truck home in forth place.
